Canon MFPs allow you to limit user privileges to specific features and functions, create user and usage reports for audit purposes and choose among three server-less authentication features, including Universal Login Manager.
Protecting Transmitted or Stored Information
Canon has controls in place to encrypt data in transit to the MFP device and stored on the device's internal hard disk drive and/or memory to protect information on documents scanned and sent from an MFP and to help protect passwords, address books, encryption keys and certificates.
