Terms & Conditions

1. Selecting a paperless invoice method will discontinue mail delivery of your invoice. 2. All future invoices will be sent exclusively to the email address above which is true, accurate, current and complete, unless an alternative email address is received by us pursuant to this or any other form adopted by us. You must keep your email address and other information current and up to date at all times. 3. By requesting that we use a paperless invoice method, as a condition to our agreeing to such paperless invoice method, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (i) this authorization does not alter or amend any of the terms and conditions of your Contract (“Contract”) with Canon Canada Inc; and (ii) your obligations under the Contract are, and shall remain, absolute and unconditional regardless of whether or not you maintain the above email address, and regardless of any force majeure or other act of God event, any failure for you or us to have access to the internet and/or any email delivery failure, including, without limit, your failure to receive, or any failure by us to send, any invoice by email. 4. In the event of a discrepancy between a paperless invoice and our billing records, our billing records will prevail. 5. The person submitting this form represents and warrants that he/she is authorized to deliver this form on behalf of the Customer. 6. By submitting this form, Customer represents that the above information is true and correct and accepts the above terms and conditions.
