  • How do I know which printers are eligible?

    Canon's Auto Replenishment Service is available at the time of purchase and for select printers available on the Official Canon Online Store. You can view a full list of eligible printers here.

  • How do I enroll in Canon's Auto Replenishment Service for my printer?

    Start the enrollment process by shopping for an eligible printer. Once you have selected a printer, click on the check box (located on the product detail page) to enroll in the program. Then, add the printer to your cart and complete the checkout process. If you already have an eligible printer you can enroll at any time here.

  • How do I activate this service once I enroll?

    Once you complete the initial printer installation and setup, click here to access our activation page and follow the steps to activate your service. You will also receive activation instructions via email.

  • Is there a fee associated with Canon's Auto Replenishment Service?

    There is no fee associated with the Auto Replenishment Service enrollment. You will only be charged for your replacement ink once orders are shipped via free standard shipping.

  • How much will I pay for my ink order?

    Please see the ink pricing chart above for all eligible printers. When it's time for your replacement supply to be shipped, your credit card will be charged the specific ink price associated with your printer at the time of shipment.

    Please note: The pricing represented in the chart above is the Original Price. Promotional discounts, if any, that are running at the time of your order will be automatically applied.

  • Why does my printer need to be connected to the Internet?

    Your printer must be connected to the Internet for the printer to monitor your ink levels and communicate to us when your supply is running low.

  • How does the printer determine when to send a low ink signal?

    All eligible printers have a default setting based on remaining ink percentage. The level at which low ink is determined varies based on the specific model.

  • How will I know my ink is on the way?

    Your printer will display a message that your ink level is low, and we will send you an order confirmation email when your replacement supply has been ordered. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. In addition, you can view the status of your order in your MyCanon Account. Ink cartridges are sent via free standard shipping, which can take up to 3 to 7 business days to arrive.

  • Why should I only use Genuine Canon ink?

    To guarantee that your replacement supply is automatically ordered, be sure to use Genuine Canon ink. Your printer's Genuine Canon ink has been exclusively engineered for use with your Canon device. You'll experience enhanced quality and performance, higher yields and minimal jamming or malfunctioning among many other benefits when you pair your printer with Genuine Canon consumables.

  • What happens if my ink is unavailable?

    If your ink is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order was placed on backorder. Once it becomes available, your order will ship immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. You will also have the option to cancel the pending order by calling SHOP Customer Service at 1-800-521-9965.

  • How do I manage or cancel my enrollment?

    You can manage or cancel your enrollment, change your shipping address or change your payment method directly from your MyCanon Account.

    To manage:

    1. Log into your MyCanon Account
    2. Go to Auto Replenishment Service
    3. Select Active printers
    4. Select Shipping Address or Payment Method
    5. Select Edit
    6. Enter the new information
    7. Select Save


      To cancel:
    1. Log into your MyCanon Account
    2. Go to the “Auto Replenishment Service” tab
    3. Locate your Active printer(s) and Select “View Plan”
    4. Select “Cancel Plan”
    5. Enter the reason for cancelling, and select “Cancel Plan”
    6. A confirmation email will be sent

  • What if I cancelled my Auto Replenishment Service but I still received ink in the mail?

    First, verify the cancellation of your enrollment by reviewing its status in your MyCanon Account. Any orders processed prior to service cancellation will automatically ship, however, ink can be returned by mail. Learn more about our Return Policy.

  • Can I enroll in Canon's Auto Replenishment Service if I already have a printer?

    Yes, you can sign up select models at any time. Click here for a list of models.

  • What steps do I need to take if I return my printer?

    If you decide to return, sell or exchange your printer that's already enrolled in the service, you will need to manually cancel/deactivate your enrollment through the Auto Replenishment Service section of your MyCanon Account. Of course, with the purchase of a new eligible printer you can enroll again.
