By electing to purchase products or services made available through an online interface linked to canon.ca/features/FrameLab, you will be sent via a link to a site operated by a third party service provider (“Service Provider”) that is offering such products or services in conjunction with Canon Canada Inc. Service Provider operates a customized web application for the online selection and order of custom frames with any option of photo (the "App"). The App offers a custom photo upload and framing web solution that will transact and process a complete customer order from start to finish. Utilizing the payment processing of Stripe™, the App will move you through the stages of a purchase, gathering all details for shipping and billing. Frame selection, ordering, billing, payment and shipping processes reside entirely on the App. Canon will manage the order process after your order has shipped. BINDING AGREEMENT
