Once you pick up and pay for your EOS R5, please follow the steps below to register for your pre-order gift. You are required to complete the pre-order registration form and provide a picture of your receipt as well as a picture of the barcode and serial number on the camera box. If you do not have a google account, please email the photos to ITCG_PreOrder@canada.canon.com 

 

Once Canon Canada receives the required information and your pre-order is validated, we will begin production of your gift and send it directly to you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.

These Pre-order Promotion Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern the placing of pre-orders with a participating Canon Canada Inc. Authorized Dealer to receive the EOS R5 gift (the “Gift”) and Price Guarantee from Canon Canada Inc. (“Canon”).

  1. General. This is a promotion with purchase offer. Pre-order the EOS R5 Body (4147C002) (the “Product”) during the pre-ordering period (July 9, 2020 12:00 am to July 29, 2020 11:59 pm). Customer must submit completed pre-order registration form online at www.canon.ca/eosr5preorder in order to be eligible for this promotion. Then customer must purchase the product and submit proof of purchase to Canon within 30 days of receiving the Product. Offer available to customers with mailing addresses in Canada only. To be eligible for the promotion, the individual submitting the promotion request must be a legal Canadian resident who is at least 18 years of age at the time of submission. Offer only valid on product listed and purchased from a participating Canon Canada Inc. Authorized Dealer (see a list of authorized dealers here). All decisions regarding eligibility for this offer are at the sole discretion of Canon. Canon reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice. This offer cannot be combined or used with any other promotional offer. Offer void where prohibited by law. Canon is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due submissions. Products and Gift for which the promotion is claimed may not be returned or exchanged. All submissions become the property of Canon and will not be returned. This offer is valid for end-users only. Illegible, fraudulent, and incomplete promotion request submissions will be considered invalid and ineligible. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Keep a copy of all submission materials for your records.
  2. Gift Details. Canon shall have the right to substitute the Gift for a similar product of equivalent value. Due to limited quantities, the colour of the promotional jacket included in the Gift may be substituted by Canon in its sole discretion (i.e., notwithstanding the customer’s colour preference, customer may receive a different colour jacket at Canon’s sole discretion).
  3. Price Guarantee. For registered pre-order purchases made from a participating Canon Canada Inc. Authorized Dealer during the pre-order period (July 9, 2020 12:00 am to July 29, 2020 11:59 pm), Canon will honour a one-time price guarantee for the Product should Canon reduce the price of the Product between July 9, 2020 and December 31, 2020. This price guarantee only applies in the event that Canon reduces the price of the Product. It does not apply in the event that a Canon Canada Inc. Authorized Dealer sells for less. The price guarantee credit will be issued via a pre-paid Visa gift card. To be eligible to receive a price guarantee, complete the pre-order registration form.
  4. Pre-order Registration. A pre-order registration form may be completed online. When registering your pre-order for the Product/Gift, Canon requires that you provide certain information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept up-to-date. Canon shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct up-to-date contact or shipping information.   5. Shipping. Canon will provide you with an estimated shipping date. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Canon does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Gift by the estimated date.
  6. Terms and Conditions of Sale. The purchase of the Product and Gift may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Canon.
  7. Privacy. If you provide information for the pre-order registration, Canon will not use such information except as necessary or helpful to fulfill your order or as expressly set forth herein.
  8. Miscellaneous. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Canon’s prior written consent. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Toronto, Ontario with respect to any disputes arising hereunder. Canon may provide any notification required hereunder to the email address you provided as part of the pre-order registration.
