BLI 2022 A3 Line of the Year

Canon claimed the BLI A3 Line of the Year for the fifth time in the last seven years. This notable designation recognizes the vendor whose product line is deemed best overall based on rigorous lab evaluations conducted by Keypoint Intelligence’s team of analysts. The team tested six Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX devices in 2021. In making its decision, Keypoint Intelligence cited the devices’ exceptional uptime and reliability – not a single misfeed on more than one million impressions – and ease of use, in particular the customization capabilities and flexible mobile support. Keypoint Intelligence also called out Canon’s push to facilitate workflow digitization as more companies embrace hybrid ways of working, as well the company’s top-tier hardware, firmware and fleet-management security for its devices.

BLI 2022-2024 Most Reliable A3 Brand Award

Canon also received the BLI 2022-2024 Most Reliable A3 Brand Award. Keypoint Intelligence tested nearly two dozen Canon A3 MFPs between 2017 and 2021. During that five-year span, the devices produced 4,455,000 pages – with just six misfeeds, or one paper jam per 742,500 pages. The devices’ very low rate of service during testing – just two calls spanning 23 MFPs – further confirmed their reliability.
