As cases of COVID-19 continue to rise, frontline healthcare workers need our support more than ever. That’s why Canon Canada is offering its assistance with a donation to William Osler Health System Foundation. The financial contribution will help the foundation purchase critical life-saving equipment and personal protective equipment.

“We are grateful for Canon’s continued support of William Osler Health System Foundation, especially during these challenging times,” says Ken Mayhew, President & CEO, William Osler Health System Foundation. “The communities Osler serves have been hit particularly hard by COVID-19. This gift to our Health Care Heroes campaign will support Osler’s physicians and staff – our Health Care Heroes – as they continue to care for our communities throughout the pandemic and beyond.”

Osler Foundation supports Brampton Civic Hospital, Etobicoke General Hospital and Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness by working to ensure they have the necessary funds to provide the high quality care their patients need. Canon Canada has proudly aided those efforts with annual holiday donations, as well a pledge of support in the spring in the fight against COVID-19.

Canon Canada is committed to making a difference in the communities where its employees live and work. “Canon Canada planted roots in Peel Region in 1973 and moved its head office to Brampton in 2016,” says Nobu Kitajima, President and CEO of Canon Canada. “It’s important to contribute to the communities we call home. Osler Foundation provides world-class healthcare to thousands of our family, friends and neighbours, and we are proud to support the work they do.”
