On February 1, Ted Egawa, president and CEO of Canon Canada Inc., visited the Peel Memorial Centre of Integrated Health and Wellness in Brampton, Ontario, where he presented Ken Mayhew, president and CEO of the William Osler Health System Foundation, with a $15,000 donation on behalf of Canon Canada.
The Osler Foundation supports the Peel Memorial Centre, as well as Brampton Civic Hospital and Etobicoke General Hospital, and works to ensure that these facilities have the necessary funds to provide excellent patient care.
The donation is another example of Canon Canada's commitment to making a difference in the communities where we live and work. "We are glad that this donation will go directly toward raising funds for the Peel Memorial Centre," said Mr. Egawa. "This year, Canon celebrates 45 years in Canada, and what better way to give back to the communities that have supported us throughout these years than with this donation."
The Peel Memorial Centre provides the residents of Brampton and surrounding communities with easy access to a wide variety of traditional and alternative healthcare services.
