Message from the President

As regions across Canada re-open more sectors of the economy, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners continues to be our utmost priority.
Canon Canada will continue to follow all recommended safety procedures and protocols as advised by the Canadian Government and Regional Public Health Agencies. We want to ensure we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our own offices and those of the businesses and partners we support.
We‘ve been working hard to develop new workplace guidelines in preparation for the safe and gradual return of employees and visitors to our offices. This includes new employee and guest check-in procedures, details about PPE requirements, density management plans, on-site signage as well as updated protocols for our field service technicians and sales representatives.
Our offices across Canada are operating at a limited capacity with safety protocols in place. Many of our teams continue to work remotely. We are both ready and eager to work with you, our customers and partners, to assess and support your business needs and product requirements.
